Return & Exchange Policy

At Athlentiq, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase:

Returns
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery while the courier is still present. Customers have a 5-minute window to try on the item and decide whether to proceed with the order.
If a return is needed, the decision must be made before paying the courier — whether for the shipping or the full order value.
Once payment is made or the courier has left, returns can no longer be processed.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or a replacement, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
